SVOA has been in existence for over 40 years providing quality and professional volleyball officials to the high schools in Pinellas County.  Our officials encourage sportsmanship, the spirit of fair play and work to maintain the highest standards of volleyball. We strive to make available an adequate number of trained officials to ensure volleyball matches are played fairly in accordance with Florida High School Association and National Federal of High School rules.
